Hi, my name is Bruno Parnell. I’m a seasoned film and television professional with over a decade of experience across a wide range of roles in production. I’ve had the privilege of working with major networks including Netflix, Discovery, National Geographic, ABC, FOX, CBS, Disney, A&E, MTV, USA, and many more. My work spans across unscripted television, documentaries, commercials, feature films, luxury real estate, drone light shows, broadcast news and music videos.
Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats — from Aerial Cinematographer, Drone Operator, Field Production Manager, Post Coordinator, 2nd AD, 1st AC and Mini/Specialty Camera. My versatility and deep understanding of the production pipeline allow me to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to the unique demands of each project.
With a strong foundation in both creative and logistical aspects of production, I bring a collaborative spirit, technical expertise, and a passion for storytelling to every set I step onto.

My journey into aerial cinematography began organically on film sets, where I witnessed drones being used more frequently across a variety of productions. I was instantly captivated. What started as curiosity quickly evolved into a deep passion — and eventually, a fulfilling career in aerial filmmaking.
Having grown up learning to fly bush planes in Alaska at a young age, aviation has always been in my blood. When you blend that with my lifelong love of cinema, becoming a drone operator felt like a natural and powerful fusion of both worlds — the perfect intersection of art and flight.
What I love about the art of aerial cinematography is that it's a unique blend of storytelling, technical mastery, and visual poetry that traditional cameras can’t replicate. It’s not just flying drones; it’s composing shots in 3D space, navigating weather, terrain, and regulations — all while delivering cinematic gold.

With extensive experience navigating local and federal airspace regulations, I specialize in securing flight permissions and permits, even in the most remote and logistically challenging locations.
